Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your drape account and what happens to your data.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the drape app and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile, then tap the settings (gear) icon.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and the action cannot be undone.

If you can't open the app

Email hello@uhzlab.com from the email address associated with your drape account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership and remove the account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it: closet items, outfits, OOTD entries, virtual try-on results, identity (face/body) reference photos, your profile, handle, boards, marketplace listings, comments, likes, follows, and direct messages.

Retention

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Residual copies that may remain in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We keep no personal data after deletion, except the minimal records we are legally required to retain.
